I’m Carson Matties, founder of NexCore Consulting. I help businesses grow by building the right marketing systems — whether that’s a better website, a clean funnel, automated follow-up, or a strategy that actually makes sense.
I started out in the horse racing world — it’s where I learned how to think long-term, analyze risk, and make decisions that actually move things forward. I still work in that space today as COO of NHPlay and through consulting with professional handicappers and others in the industry.
But over time, I found myself helping businesses in other industries too — ecommerce brands, service-based businesses, digital startups — all with the same problem: they had something great to offer, but no real infrastructure to be successful. They were either stuck trying to do everything themselves or wasting money on overcomplicated “agency” solutions that didn’t fit.
That’s why I built NexCore — to give business owners a simpler, more effective way to scale. I’m not here to sell you a bloated package or throw jargon at you. I’m here to help you figure out what you actually need, build it right, and make sure it works.
